This will be my first IMDb review, not a day goes by that I don’t go on IMDb to see reviews of movies or shows that I watch, I watch a lot of movies and shows. For the first time in my life I couldn’t sleep after watching the tv series. I’ve seen “Prison Break”, “Heroes” and so many other things. The first season of Prison Break and Heroes were amazing. They inspired me so much that I got several tattoos on my body. However, both of these shows get canceled as soon as they move on to the next season. “Heroes” was a huge disappointment, but “Dexter”.. oh god, episode after episode, I’m so curious to know what happens next… damn, season 4. I couldn’t sleep all night after watching it. I spent the weekend binge-watching the episodes one after the other. To start with Dexter (Michael C. Hall), his darkness was beyond the limit, he played the role so well that sometimes I wonder if he is like that in real life, but then I found out that Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter) is the real him and his wife who plays his sister in this series. Damn, Debra is one of the characters so messed up and mostly under the control of the people around her, she always ends up doing something wrong but always gets credit for the good things. I love the part where you know what is going on in Dexter’s head when he thinks about something or when someone talks to him, and also the part where he talks to his deceased father Harry. (just think what his father would say in this situation). All the episodes/characters and all the seasons are so well written and acted that you can hardly find a single flaw. My favorite characters are Dexter (obviously), Rita and Vince. Damn, Vince is so funny, he only says one word in the whole episode and it’s funny as hell. I can’t wait for season 5 and I’m sure everyone who’s seen Dexter feels the same way. (I apologize if my first review contains errors and hurts anyone’s feelings)
