Ng Lai- ying had been taking part in a protest in Yuen Long against the visit of people in Chinese mainland to Hong Kong for buying cheaper and better quality products.
This is being a long-running controversial subject in the territory.
Regarding the incident, she said that during hassle with the police, the hand of the Chief Inspector Chan, who was trying to grab her bag, happened to be landed on her breast.
She was then accused him of indecent assault which turned against herself when the court accused her of intentionally using her breast to assault him.
