China: A kind-hearted millionaire who returned to his home village, built free luxury homes to all who have been residing there currently.
Xiong Shuihua was deciding to spend millions, for transforming the community.
He dismantled wooden huts and replaced old homes with new ones.
The 54-year-old was born in Xiongkeng village, in the city of Xinyu southern China.
He could make millions of wealth from his favourite steel business.
But he was not ready to forget his humble beginnings and decided to uplift the community where he grew up.
The businessman had to spend £4 million for regenerating the area where 90 families are currently living.
While 72 families could enjoy their life in new flats, a further 18 families have come forward to help him and his family by giving their own luxury villa.
He has also decided to give free meals to elderly residents in the community who come under low income group.
